I’ve done a post before about what bare essentials you need in the kitchen (and of course I can’t find it tumblr). This kitchen from the Modernist Cuisine at Home website is the bare essentials when you’re making crazy shit. Immersion circulators, pressure cookers, vitamixes oh my. I’m going to print this out and bring it in the bathroom…talk to you later.
