Another LA vs NYC Post

In response to “Things LA Has That NYC Lacks”:

1. Your rent might be lower but you all own cars and pay for car insurance. It all evens out.

2. No outdoor space? Have you been to NYC or lets even just say Brooklyn lately? High line? Rooftop bars overlooking the skyline? Anyone? No?

3. $9.99 24 packs? Are you talking PBR here or what?

4. We don’t really use supermarkets in the traditional sense. Most new yorkers only buy what they need to make one specific meal at a time. Almost no one shops at a super market, and instead have their own local deli near their apartment.

5. Name more than 2 people you know that have citrus trees, avocado trees, jasmine in their backyard.

6. Beaches are nice, and I won’t dare compare ours to the west coast. Problem being you have to drive there, and by the time you’ve escaped the freeway, I would have gotten off the LIRR and been laying out my blanket flexing for the ladies.

7. LA cannot compare on the burger front. I hope to god you’re not comparing Shake Shack to In-n-Out

8. No idea what Ventura blvd.

9. You have us there for sure…Drinking in NYC is expensive.

10. Again, you can have your cars.
